Job Description

Are you a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst ready to make a positive impact? We are seeking individuals who can quickly onboard, starting within two weeks, to join our dedicated team.

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and creating tailored treatment plans for individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
  • Implementing research-backed behavioral interventions aimed at addressing challenging behaviors and fostering the development of essential skills.
  • Providing continuous supervision and training for behavior technicians and other team members, ensuring high standards of care.
  • Collaborating closely with families, educators, and various professionals to promote consistency and generalization of skills in diverse settings.
  • Monitoring client progress and utilizing data-driven insights to make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Maintaining thorough and up-to-date documentation regarding client progress and treatment objectives.

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • A robust background in working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
  • In-depth knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology related to autism and behavioral health.
  • Experience in conducting diagnostic evaluations and interpreting assessment outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational abilities to effectively manage caseloads, schedules, and documentation tasks.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism or related developmental disabilities.
  • A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
