**Position Overview:**
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive behavioral support services to clients, focusing on assessments, training, program planning, and clinical intervention. Your responsibilities will include conducting behavioral evaluations, liaising with psychiatric staff, participating in ongoing assessments, and collaborating with families and treatment teams to develop and monitor effective behavioral intervention plans. You will also be responsible for documentation and case management, ensuring the highest standard of support for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Conduct thorough assessments of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to evaluate their unique behavioral and developmental needs.
– Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and refine individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to each client.
– Design and implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies that foster growth in social, communication, academic, and daily living skills.
– Continuously assess and fine-tune treatment plans based on client progress and emerging needs.
– Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate intervention effectiveness and guide data-driven decision-making.
– Maintain meticulous records and prepare detailed reports to monitor client progress and communicate with stakeholders.
– Educate and support families and caregivers in understanding ASD, promoting effective behavioral strategies in home environments.
– Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech and occupational therapists, to create a unified treatment approach.
– Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, providing insights to enhance care plans and outcomes.
– Mentor and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct support staff, offering training and constructive feedback to ensure excellence in service delivery.
– Engage with community resources to promote client integration into social and environmental settings.
– Uphold ethical standards and professional guidelines while adapting to the latest research and practices in behavior analysis and autism treatment.
– Manage crisis situations with effective de-escalation techniques, ensuring safety for clients and staff.
– Complete clinical documentation in accordance with SpringHealth’s Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
– Contribute to the development of staff training materials that enhance compliance and improve program operations.
– Engage in continuous education to remain competitive in the field of behavioral interventions.
– Prepare monthly and quarterly progress notes outlining client achievements.
**Qualifications:**
– Must hold a Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and maintain good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
– Proficiency in interpreting technical information and skilled in both writing and verbal communication for persuasive engagement.
– Thorough understanding of assessment methodologies and treatment modalities specific to behavioral health.
– Reliable transportation for travel to client locations is essential.
– Physical capability to perform tasks including standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and moving about various environments.
– Strong language skills to read, write, and communicate effectively in diverse settings.
– Demonstrated reasoning ability to make sound decisions and solve problems with attention to detail.

**Compensation:**
