Introducing our Core Banking Team:

This team oversees the current account for over 10 million users, crafting attractive value propositions for diverse groups, such as Joint accounts, accounts for those under 16, and 16 to 17 age groups. They are responsible for designing the overall app experience, enhancing daily money management with features like Trends, Salary Sorter, Bills Pots, and even travel-related offerings. Additionally, they oversee Subscriptions, introducing users to upgraded benefits that open new opportunities for financial progress.

As we prepare for an exciting phase of growth—doubling our customer base to 20 million—we need energetic individuals to help us in this journey.

Your role will involve:

• Steering the product strategy for App Evolution within Core Banking, enhancing user experiences to make money management effortlessly simple for all Monzo customers.
• Establishing and implementing successful experimentation practices that empower our team to make decisions backed by data.
• Collaboratively define data standards across teams, promoting knowledge sharing and continual improvement in our data endeavor.
• Engaging closely with leaders from product, engineering, design, and research to innovate and refine our product offerings.

The benefits we offer:

Compensation of £95,000 to £115,000 + Stock Options + Comprehensive Benefits

We assist with relocation to the UK.

This role can be undertaken from our London office or as a remote position within the UK (occasional meetings in London may be required).
