Join CNO’s dynamic worksite division, Optavise, as a Senior Account Management Associate and embark on a journey where you will cultivate lasting relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients. After the initial sale and successful implementation, you’ll take on the pivotal role of the main point of contact, advocating for clients and ensuring their continued success with Optavise’s offerings. Your role will serve as the vital link between our clients and our sales and implementation teams. Key indicators of success in this position will include client retention, member engagement with the solutions offered, adherence to Optavise’s best practices, generating client references, and driving upsell and additional sales opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities as a Senior Account Management Associate:
Understand and align resources with long-term client benefit strategy goals.
Implement effective communication strategies to engage clients and enhance their benefits strategy.
Spot new upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and lead renewal discussions.
Ensure timely and appropriate involvement of delivery resources.
Monitor progress towards key objectives and deliverables.
Act as a trusted advisor, engaging regularly with client leaders and their operations teams.
Produce insightful, value-focused reports and communications to keep clients informed of product advancements and services at Optavise.

Are open to significant travel, especially during the first quarter of the year.
Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of employee benefits and the sales processes related to worksite or healthcare solutions.
A minimum of 3 years of experience partnering with brokers, human resource executives, and decision-makers.
At least 5 years of client-facing experience within the benefits industry.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience of 8 years.
To stand out, you should have:
A proven track record of successful cross-selling and achieving high renewal rates in employee benefits or healthcare.
Expertise in delivering presentations and navigating sales cycles.
Over 8 years of client-facing experience in the benefits sector.
Familiarity with Salesforce.

If you reside within a 60-mile radius of a corporate office—located in Birmingham, Carmel, Chicago, Orlando, or Milwaukee—you have the option to collaborate in the office.
