    Key Responsibilities

    As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you’ll address customer inquiries through creative and effective solutions.

    • Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve their inquiries

    • Handle customer concerns with patience and effectively de-escalate issues

    • Escalate situations when deemed necessary

    • Assist with inquiries and payment processing when required

    • Document all relevant information for tracking and auditing

    • Provide insights on recurring call issues

    • Engage in upselling when applicable

    Who We’re Seeking

    We’re on the hunt for bold individuals driven to excel in everything they do.

    • Ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative team setting

    • Preferred minimum of 6 months in customer service

    • Must be 18 years or older

    • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute

    • High School diploma or GED required

    • Familiarity with desktop computing

    • Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish

    • Effective logical problem-solving abilities

    • Proficient in navigating Windows operating systems

    • Excellent organization and prioritization skills

    Remote Work Requirements:

    • Internet Essentials:

    • Minimum download speed of 15.0 Mbps

    • Minimum upload speed of 5.0 Mbps

    • No packet loss with a ping under 50ms from your ISP

    • No usage of satellite, mobile data, P2P, or VPN for internet connection

    • Proof of internet speed must be provided

    • A clean and quiet workspace is essential
