Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, where you’ll make a significant impact on the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct thorough assessments to create tailored treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of clients.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions aimed at reducing challenging behaviors while encouraging skill development.
- Offer continuous supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Work closely with families, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure the consistent application and generalization of therapeutic skills in various settings.
- Track client progress meticulously and utilize data-driven insights to adjust treatment plans as required.
- Uphold comprehensive documentation reflecting client advancements and treatment objectives.
We seek candidates with:
- A robust background in working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
- A solid understanding of special education laws and regulations.
- Expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with relevant medical terminology associated with autism and behavioral health.
- Experience in conducting diagnostic evaluations and interpreting assessment outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage caseloads, schedules, and documentation effectively.
Essential Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory.
- At least one year of experience working with children facing autism or related developmental challenges.
- A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or an equivalent field is required.
