Position Overview:

Customer Success Manager

Remote work with monthly visits to Ellesmere Port, Cheshire (minimum of twice a month, more preferred)

Salary Range: £45,454 – £60,454

Hours: 37.5 hours per week with flexible scheduling between 08:00-18:00, Monday to Friday

Your Role as a Customer Success Manager:

In the position of Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will serve as a strategic partner for our clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services. You will cultivate long-term relationships, guide customers through the post-implementation phase, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization. By integrating into the client’s business journey, you will forge partnerships that promote shared success and long-lasting value.

Key Responsibilities:

+ **Customer Relationship Management**: Act as a trusted advisor and pivotal contact for customers, maintaining enduring relationships to ensure satisfaction and ongoing value.

+ **Revenue Growth & Retention**: Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling initiatives, aligning with both customer and business objectives.

+ **Internal Collaboration & Strategy**: Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to synchronize efforts around shared customer outcomes.

+ **Tools & Reporting**: Utilize HubSpot to oversee all customer interactions and sustain accurate account records. Leverage data to analyze usage patterns, inform strategic actions, and foster continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

+ Proven experience in a Customer Success or account management role within a SaaS company, preferably in HR, Employee Relations, People, or Recruitment Tech.

+ Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.

+ Proactive, customer-focused attitude toward relationship management.

+ Strong organizational ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

+ Commercially astute with solid product and industry knowledge.

+ Capability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
