Are you a recent graduate eager to kickstart your career in the dynamic field of IT? Join our vibrant team, where you’ll be the backbone of our IT support, providing first and second line assistance to our valued clients.
This role offers the flexibility of remote work, with occasional trips to Central London required for client visits and meetings. Therefore, it’s essential that you reside within a commutable distance to the city.
We are looking for candidates who possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills. A background in IT or computer science from university is essential, along with a solid understanding of Microsoft technologies, particularly Office 365. Experience with macOS is a plus!
Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, addressing network and desktop concerns, and responding to client support requests promptly. Familiarity with additional technologies such as Egnyte, 1Password, Creative Cloud, Sophos Endpoint, Microsoft 365 Admin/Entra/InTune, ScreenConnect, NinjaOne, Mosyle, CodeTwo, and Symantec Email Filtering will be advantageous.
