    About the Role

    We are seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition Manager to spearhead our media spending and customer growth strategy for our consumer-focused products. This role is ideal for a data-driven individual with a robust background in performance marketing who is adept at executing campaigns that deliver tangible results.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, implement, and enhance performance marketing strategies across various paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Drive customer acquisition with targeted campaigns, continuously optimizing strategies to maximize return on investment.
    • Efficiently manage media expenditures to ensure cost-effective conversions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (product, creative, operations) to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
    • Analyze and report on campaign performance, offering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
    • Utilize A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization to elevate performance.
    • Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and growth hacking.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical and technical proficiency with hands-on experience in advertising platforms, tracking tools, and attribution models.
    • Successful track record of managing advertising budgets effectively to enhance ROI and foster growth.
    • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, X Ad Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
    • Ability to strategically plan, implement, and scale campaigns effectively to promote acquisition and retention.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
