Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary representative of the Stine brand within your designated territory.
- Cultivate and maintain extensive knowledge of Stine seed products and services tailored for your area.
- Oversee current accounts while pursuing new opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Effectively communicate and execute Stine’s sales strategies and policies, ensuring district sales objectives are met.
- Collaborate closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver outstanding sales support.
- Build and strengthen relationships with both existing and prospective customers, whether directly or through designated sellers.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of agricultural experience, with a focus on agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven proficiency in effective sales techniques, coupled with strong negotiation skills and the capability to navigate challenges.
- A successful track record in developing and retaining dealer relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while delivering results that align with set objectives.
- A preference for candidates who excel in fostering strong relationships with growers by addressing their needs and values to achieve targeted outcomes.
