Your Role Involves:
- Acting as the leading ambassador for the Stine brand within your designated territory.
- Acquiring and maintaining in-depth agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine’s products and services relevant to your area.
- Managing current accounts while actively recruiting new clients to drive sales growth.
- Implementing Stine’s sales initiatives and policies to achieve the district’s sales objectives.
- Collaborating with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver exceptional sales support throughout your territory.
- Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with both existing and potential customers, whether personally or via a designated seller.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of three years of experience in agriculture, including roles in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven expertise in effective sales techniques, alongside strong negotiation skills and the capacity to navigate challenges.
- A track record of success in developing and retaining dealer relationships.
- Strong self-starter mentality with the drive to achieve established goals with minimal supervision.
- Preference will be given to individuals who excel at building enduring relationships with growers by understanding their needs and driving results.
