Your Role as UK Sales Manager:
Take charge of a team of Account Executives dedicated to selling our platform to small and mid-sized law firms. Your mission: generate revenue, cultivate meaningful client relationships, and tackle genuine business challenges.
Collaborate closely with the Regional VP to synchronize UK sales efforts while nurturing a positive, trust-filled team environment. Be prepared to engage in complex negotiations as necessary, with a focus on agility, transparency, and data-led strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and nurture a high-achieving team that consistently meets and exceeds sales targets.
- Develop and execute an impactful sales strategy for SME law firms, spanning territory planning and segmentation.
- Foster rapid iterations—adapt quickly, learn continuously, and ensure your team remains at the forefront of the field.
- Step in on complex deals and manage escalations to maintain momentum and credibility.
- Partner with the Regional VP to unify SME and mid-market sales into a cohesive growth strategy.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Partnerships teams to devise compelling campaigns and messaging.
- Track pipeline metrics and implement efficient structures to maintain agility while staying focused.
- Enhance brand storytelling, enabling AEs to effectively communicate Actionstep’s value to law firms.
- Empower your team through contextual leadership, fostering accountability and independence.
